Elephant AI ("Elephant AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website elephantaiteam.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our Site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have under Canadian privacy law. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), as applicable.

Elephant AI builds AI Agents, software, and automation systems for organizations across insurance, solar, real estate, and business education, with particular strength in teams that scale on 1099 talent. We are based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you book a Blueprint Call, complete a contact or intake form, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and any details you choose to share about your business, goals, or project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not ask you to submit payment card numbers through the Site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising. These include:

  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which help us understand site traffic and visitor behavior.

  • Send service updates, scheduling confirmations, and, where permitted, informational or promotional messages.

Consent

In most cases we collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent. Consent may be express, such as when you submit a form or book a call, or implied, such as when you voluntarily provide information for an obvious purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.

Commercial Electronic Messages

Where we send commercial electronic messages, we do so in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe from our marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us, and we will stop sending them within the time required by law. Transactional and service-related messages may still be sent as needed.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, scheduling and form tools, customer relationship management, analytics, advertising platforms, and communications tools. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. With Google, Meta, and similar platforms as described in the Cookies and Tracking section, for measurement and advertising purposes.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including analytics and advertising platforms, are located in the United States or other countries. As a result, your personal information may be stored or processed outside of Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities. The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Services Provided to Clients

When we provide services to clients, our handling of any personal information processed on a client's behalf is governed by the separate agreement between Elephant AI and that client. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and our own marketing and business operations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
